11. Review Process
Authors interested in submitting to Bughaw Review must use our official submission portal via this Google Form: https://forms.gle/usXGSgYoJ86Neiiw8. Only submissions made through this form will be acknowledged and processed.
Upon submission, authors will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt. The editorial office will then conduct an initial screening to ensure the manuscript adheres to the journal’s formatting and ethical guidelines. Manuscripts that do not meet basic requirements (e.g., incorrect formatting, lack of abstract, or missing citations) will be returned to the authors for revision prior to peer review.
All manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review process. Authors should not include any identifying information in the manuscript document itself. A separate title page containing the title, author(s) name, institutional affiliation, email address, and a brief biographical note (50–100 words) must be submitted as a separate file.
The review process generally takes 2–4 weeks. Authors will be informed via email regarding the decision, which may be:
- Accept with minor revisions
- Accept with major revisions
- Revise and resubmit for further review
- Reject
Once a manuscript is accepted, authors will receive a copyedited version for final approval before publication. Authors are responsible for checking the accuracy of all content, including citations, tables, and figures.
For all submission-related queries, authors may contact the editorial team at bluetiewriters@gmail.com. However, inquiries about manuscript status should only be made after the minimum review period has passed.
12. Publication Ethics and Rights
Authors retain copyright but grant Bughaw Review the right to publish and distribute their work. Authors are responsible for securing permission for any copyrighted content included in the manuscript.
